Refund policy

Return Conditions

  • Returns can only be initiated after the product has been physically received.
  • The return must be requested within 15 days of receipt. Once approved, you have an additional 15 days to return the item.
  • The return shipment must be sent to its original location: our supplier in China.
  • Return shipping costs, including any international shipping or customs fees, are fully borne by the customer.
  • Items must be unworn (trying on is allowed), unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition with all tags attached.
  • Wearing the item beyond fitting is not permitted.
  • Ordering multiple sizes with the intent to return part of the order is not allowed.

 

Final Sale Items
Items marked as sale or discounted are considered final sale and are not eligible for a refund. Instead, we offer a replacement item at our expense, while the customer covers the shipping cost. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

 

Restocking Fee
A $20 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for each returned item. This fee helps cover inspection, handling, and reintegration into our stock system.

Return Costs
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. Chloe & Grace Savannah does not reimburse return shipping costs or any related expenses. For more details, please refer to our Terms of Service.

 

Total Return Period
Customers have 15 days to report a return and 15 more days to ship it back. The total return period is 30 days from the date of receipt. Returns that are declared or shipped after this period will not be accepted.

We offer a full guarantee on any product with a manufacturing defect. Defective items may be returned for a full refund or exchange, based on your preference.

 

Return Process

  • Email your return request to support@shopchloegrace.com within 15 days of receiving the item.
  • You will receive the return address of our supplier (located in China).
  • Ship the item at your own expense, including any customs duties or shipping charges.
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.

 

Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and approved for condition, the purchase amount will be refunded within 15 days via the original payment method (minus any applicable fees such as the restocking charge, if applicable).

Liability

  • We are not responsible for lost packages if tracking shows the item was delivered to the address provided by the customer.
  • Incorrect addresses are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
